On attending your first visit with us you will be asked to fill out a new patient information sheet if you have not already done so. You will then have an ultrasound performed by one of our specialized sonographers to assist in advising the surgeon with adequate information for your care. If treatment is required, you can be sure that our surgeons will provide you with all the information at the consultation and will explain all the steps involved.
You will need to bring with you the referral from your GP or other treatment specialist. You may also like to consider bringing along any other medical information that you would like the surgeon to be aware of, including medication list and previous scans.
The secretaries will provide you with all financial information when booking you in for your appointments. Fees in regard to procedures will be discussed with you at the time of consultation with the surgeon.
Mr Brooks offers both in-rooms and hospital-based procedures. The in rooms procedures are completed at 93 Frankston Flinders Road Frankston, with his hospital options predominantly being Peninsula Private Hospital, The bays and Beleura.
